Leading, global law firm seeks an experienced partner to join its Seattle corporate group and expand capabilities across M&A, capital markets and technology transactions. The role will support cross‑border corporate work, emerging growth and issuer-side capital markets matters, and collaborate closely with IP and finance teams.

The ideal candidate will take a front‑line role in client development, mentor junior lawyers, and integrate into sector-focused deal teams (technology, life sciences, financial services and energy). This is a partner hire intended to build a portable practice or strengthen an existing book of business.

Established partner with significant transactional experience (M&A, PE-related deals, and capital markets).
Proven experience on technology transactions and/or working with emerging growth companies.
Demonstrated business development record and ability to bring or grow client relationships.
Strong leadership and team management skills; experience mentoring associates.
Licensed or able to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction; willing to work across offices and time zones.
