Leading global law firm seeks a partner to join its Silicon Valley corporate team. The role will focus on M&A (including PE-related deals), capital markets (issuer-side and other offerings), emerging-growth/startup representation, and technology transactions.

Ideal candidate will have a proven transactional practice, experience working with technology and life-sciences clients, and comfort managing cross-border matters with teams across US and international offices. Opportunity includes business development leadership within a high-growth regional platform.

Established partner-level transactional practice with demonstrable experience in M&A and/or capital markets.
Experience with technology-sector clients and technology transactions; exposure to life sciences, financial services or energy clients is a plus.
Track record of originating or materially contributing to business; a portable book of business is preferred.
Ability to lead client matters, supervise teams and work on cross-border transactions.
Active bar admission in relevant US jurisdiction.
