Partner, Corporate (Tokyo)

Experienced corporate partner sought for a senior role in the Tokyo office of a leading international firm. The role will focus on M&A, private equity and related finance matters, with opportunities to develop fund formation and restructuring workstreams.

The team advises sophisticated domestic and cross-border clients; the successful candidate will join a market-facing practice and help expand client relationships and transactional capabilities in Japan.

• Established track record in corporate transactions, with significant M&A and private equity experience
• Experience advising on finance-related matters, fund formation or restructuring workstreams
• Senior partner level with a history of originating or developing client relationships; ability to grow a portable practice
• Fluency in English and Japanese desirable; admission/registration in an appropriate jurisdiction preferred
