We are seeking a partner who will lead significant deals, develop client relationships, and work collaboratively across teams and offices. This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded law firm and expand an existing transactional practice in the Quebec market.

Proven partner-level experience in corporate transactional work (M&A, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations)
Track record of originating and managing complex deals and leading deal teams
Portable client relationships / demonstrable book of business
Strong commercial judgment, business development and team leadership skills
