An established corporate partner is sought to join the Riyadh office of a leading international law firm to lead and expand its transactional practice. The role focuses on complex corporate and cross-border transactional work, advising regional and international clients on high-value deals.

The successful candidate will lead deal teams, drive business development in the region and work across the firm's global platform on sophisticated corporate matters. This is a senior commercial role with visibility to firm leadership and responsibility for cultivating new client relationships.

The firm is looking for a partner with an existing portable practice or demonstrable origination ability who can contribute meaningfully to the office’s revenue and growth objectives.

Senior partner with a proven track record in corporate/transactional work, including cross-border deals
Demonstrable business development and client origination ability; portable practice preferred
Experience leading deal teams and managing client relationships
Strong commercial judgment and ability to work with a global firm platform
