Seeking a partner to lead and grow an established corporate and commercial litigation practice from the Denver office of a leading international law firm. The role combines transactional work and high-value commercial disputes across regulated and technology-driven sectors.

Priority will be given to candidates who can bring or lead a team-oriented practice; the hiring team prefers group additions that expand transactional capacity and litigation depth. Key sector focuses include life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and the automotive industry, with significant cross-border work and a market footprint spanning New York, Northern California, Texas, London and Germany.

Proven partner-level experience in corporate transactions and/or commercial litigation.
Track record of leading or building teams; preference for candidates with an existing, portable practice.
Experience advising clients in at least one target sector (life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, automotive).
Strong client development skills and ability to originate and manage complex matters.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction; international qualifications a plus.
