Partner — Cross‑Border Private Capital & Restructuring (New York / London)

Senior partner role to lead and grow a cross‑border private capital and special situations practice, focused on middle‑market and sponsor‑backed transactions and financially distressed situations. The position sits within a multi‑office US–UK platform and will work closely with finance and corporate teams across key jurisdictions.

Ideal for a commercially minded partner with an established, portable private capital/restructuring practice who can originate and execute complex cross‑border deals and restructurings. The role offers significant leadership responsibility and the ability to build a broader US–London group.

• Established partner with a portable private equity/finance or restructuring practice
• Demonstrable experience on cross‑border private capital transactions and special situations/restructurings
• Strong relationships with sponsors, lenders or other capital providers
• Ability to lead client origination and work collaboratively with finance and corporate teams across jurisdictions
