Leading international practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its dispute resolution team in Dubai. The role will focus on arbitration and contentious matters, with an emphasis on financial institutions and related commercial disputes.

The successful hire will join an established regional team as a third partner-level hire, taking a senior role on matters and contributing to business development across the Middle East. This is a hands-on role combining case leadership with client relationship growth and team mentoring.

Proven partner-level experience in arbitration and complex commercial litigation, ideally involving financial institutions or banking disputes.
Track record of originating or materially contributing to a portable practice / book of business and demonstrated business-development ability.
Ability to lead multi-jurisdictional disputes and manage senior client relationships in the Middle East.
Admissions/eligibility to practice in a relevant common law or civil jurisdiction; UAE licensing or willingness to relocate to Dubai preferred.
