Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its disputes and international arbitration practice in Dubai. The role will focus on high-value commercial disputes, with frequent matters arising from energy, construction and infrastructure sectors.

The team is partner-led and collaborative; the successful candidate will take a visible role handling complex hearings and arbitrations across the region while contributing to business development and client relationship management.

Established partner-level disputes/arbitration practitioner with a demonstrable track record on high-value commercial matters.
Experience in international arbitration and commercial litigation, ideally including energy, construction or infrastructure disputes.
Proven client development skills and the ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Strong leadership and team management skills; admissions/qualification in a relevant jurisdiction preferred.
