Senior lateral partner opportunity in a well-established national practice group, based in Houston. The role focuses on employee benefits matters with a strong emphasis on ESOP transactions and related advisory work across benefit plan types.

The position will involve leading client engagements, supervising associates, and developing business in the region. The team advises employers, plan sponsors, and fiduciaries on transactional and ongoing compliance matters.

Established partner with a demonstrable track record in employee benefits and ESOP work.
Experience advising on a broad range of benefit plan issues (ERISA, retirement plans, welfare plans) and ESOP transactions.
Proven client development skills and ability to grow a portable practice or book of business.
Licensed to practice in Texas or able to become licensed; strong project and team leadership capabilities.
