Leading regional law firm is recruiting a lateral partner to join its Muscat office focusing on employment/labor and corporate transactional work. The role combines high-value advisory and transactional matters for regional and international clients across Oman.

Ideal candidates will bring an established, portable practice with demonstrable client relationships and a track record of originating and leading matters. The role offers a senior position within a full-service regional firm, with responsibility for business development, client management and mentoring junior lawyers.

Proven partner-level experience in employment/labor law and corporate transactions.
Established, portable client relationships and demonstrable origination history.
Qualified and admitted to practice in a recognised jurisdiction; ability to work in Oman (local licence/registration as required).
Strong commercial judgment, team leadership and business-development skills; regional experience preferred.
