Established national law firm seeks a partner to lead and grow its Employment & Labor and Litigation practice in the Boston office. The role will involve managing high‑stakes workplace disputes and related commercial litigation, supervising associates, and advising institutional and corporate clients on employment law matters.

The firm is looking for a visible partner who can expand the practice through business development and cross‑practice collaboration. Candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable client origination history are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level experience in employment law and commercial litigation.
Proven track record of client development and handling complex, high-value disputes.
Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and managing case teams.
Active bar admission in Massachusetts (or ability to become admitted).
