Well-established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Detroit office to lead and grow an employment and labor litigation practice. The role emphasizes courtroom experience, client counseling on workplace disputes, and management of complex employment matters.

The successful candidate will take on a visible client-facing role, mentor junior lawyers, and work with cross-office teams. A portable practice or demonstrable business development ability is welcome and will be supported by firm resources.

Established track record in employment and labor litigation (trial and appellate experience preferred).
Proven client development skills and ability to bring or expand business.
Experience managing and mentoring associates and collaborating across practice groups.
Admission to practice in relevant jurisdictions and strong professional references.
