Senior partner-level opportunity to lead and grow an Employment & Labor and Tax practice from the firm's Chemnitz office. You will advise domestic and international clients on employment, benefits, and tax-related issues, and work closely with colleagues across practice groups on cross-border and transactional matters.

The role is suited to an experienced lawyer who can develop client relationships, take responsibility for originating work, and mentor a small team. The office offers support from a full-service platform while allowing significant autonomy for building a portable practice.

Qualified lawyer with substantial experience in employment/labor law and tax matters at partner or senior counsel level
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading matter teams
Comfortable developing a portable practice or contributing an existing book of business
Strong client-facing, drafting and negotiation skills; commercial mindset
Fluency in German; English for international work
