Leading German law firm seeks a partner to head and grow its Employment & Labor and Tax practices in the Dusseldorf office. The role combines senior legal work on cross-disciplinary employment and tax matters with internal leadership and client development responsibilities.

The successful candidate will advise corporate clients on complex workforce, compensation and tax issues, collaborate with litigation and transactional teams as needed, and help expand the client base in the region. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in Employment & Labor and Tax matters in Germany
Proven business development track record and client relationship skills; portability of work advantageous
Experience leading teams and managing senior client engagements
Qualified to practise in Germany; fluency in German and strong English skills
