Leading full-service practice in Stuttgart is seeking an experienced partner to head and grow the Employment & Labor and Tax practices. The role combines high-level client advice on employment and tax matters, responsibility for complex cross-practice mandates, and visible business-development activity.

The successful candidate will take a leadership role within the Stuttgart office, manage and develop a small team of specialists, and work closely with other German and international colleagues on multi-jurisdictional matters. A portable practice or proven record of generating new client work is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in employment/labor law and tax advisory work in Germany
Proven client-development ability and willingness to bring or grow a portable practice
Experience managing teams and leading cross-practice matters
Admission to practise in Germany; fluent German and strong English
