Established national employment and labor practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Atlanta office. The role combines courtroom and advisory work across employee benefits, labor relations, and employment counseling, supporting a broad portfolio of employer-side matters.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team, handle complex litigation and preventative counseling, and play a visible role in client relationship management and business development. The firm values practical, solutions-focused lawyers who can lead significant matters and help expand regional market presence.

Proven partner-level experience in employment and labor law, including employee benefits and labor relations.
Active bar admission and strong courtroom and/or arbitration experience handling complex employer-side matters.
Track record of client development and relationship management; ability to work collaboratively across practice teams.
Excellent drafting, advocacy, and practical counseling skills; willingness to participate in business development activities. Portable practice welcomed.
