Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor practice in Charlotte. The role involves leading client matters across employee benefits and labor & employment work, developing business, and mentoring a growing team in the office.

The successful candidate will handle a mix of counseling, compliance, and litigation/representation matters for employers across industries. This is a visible role with opportunities for client development and practice leadership within the regional market.

Established track record in employment and labor law, including employee benefits and labor & employment matters
Proven client development skills and ability to grow a portable practice
Experience supervising and mentoring associates and contributing to practice management
Active bar admission in North Carolina (or eligibility) and ability to be based in the Charlotte office
