Senior partner-level opportunity in Irvine with a national law firm platform. The team seeks an experienced partner to strengthen its employment & labor, corporate and IP litigation practices — with particular priority given to corporate transactional work, patent/IP litigation and ERISA matters.

The role is for a portable practice: candidates with an established book of business and a demonstrable track record of client generation and profitable practice leadership will be prioritized. The team offers collaboration across regional offices and flexibility on compensation structure for strong rainmakers.

Established partner with a portable book of business and proven client origination skills
Significant experience in one or more of: employment & labor (including ERISA), corporate transactions, or IP/patent litigation
Comfort leading matters, mentoring junior lawyers and developing business across offices
Active license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s); ability to work on national matters
