The firm has active practices across employment & labor, corporate, intellectual property and litigation and is looking to grow its bench in these areas.
Ideal candidates will bring a portable practice and proven client origination or substantial book of business. The team values partners who can collaborate across practices, mentor senior associates, and contribute to business development and practice‑group growth.
- Established partner with a portable practice and demonstrable client relationships; business generation capability required.
- Substantial experience in one or more of: employment & labor (including ERISA/C&B), corporate transactional work, or IP litigation (including patent litigation).
- Strong trial or litigation experience preferred for litigation/IP roles; solid transactional track record for corporate roles.
- Track record of mentoring and developing teams, and participating in business development and practice management.
- Admission to practice in D.C. or ability to become admitted/eligible.
