Leading regional law office is seeking a lateral partner to join its Muscat team focusing on employment and labor matters alongside corporate transactional work. The role will combine client advisory, cross-border transactional support and team leadership within a busy regional practice.

The successful candidate will be expected to bring an established, portable practice and to develop new client relationships across Oman and the broader region. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to lead matters, mentor junior lawyers and collaborate with international colleagues on cross-border work.

Qualified lawyer with substantial post-qualification experience in employment/labor law and corporate transactions.
Proven track record of originating and managing client work; portable book of business preferred.
Strong commercial judgment and ability to advise on cross-border and regional matters.
Experience supervising teams and developing junior lawyers; excellent business development and relationship skills.
