Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas employment and labor practice. The role focuses on counseling employers and representing clients in workplace disputes, collective bargaining, compliance matters, and regulatory investigations.

The partner will lead client engagements, try cases and manage high-stakes litigation and administrative matters, and collaborate with cross-practice teams on complex employment-related transactions and internal investigations.

Proven trial and administrative advocacy experience and ability to manage complex workplace matters
