The partner will advise employer clients on plan design, compliance and transactional matters, collaborate with colleagues across offices, and help develop and manage a growing benefits practice. This role suits an experienced leader comfortable handling high‑value client matters and mentoring junior lawyers.

Established partner/leadership experience in employee benefits law, including ESOP work
Proven track record of client service and business development at the partner level; portable practice welcomed
Strong technical skills in benefits plan design, ERISA and related compliance, and transactional structuring
Ability to lead teams, mentor associates and collaborate across offices
Active bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
