Well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join and grow its Employment & Labor practice in Jacksonville. The role focuses on leading client engagements across traditional labor & employment matters, advising employers on compliance, workplace policies, litigation defense, and collective bargaining issues.

The ideal candidate will help expand an existing regional practice, bring strong relationships and business development capability, and serve as a visible leader within the office. This is an opportunity to shape team strategy, mentor junior lawyers, and work on a mix of high‑value advisory and contested matters.

Proven partner-level experience in labor & employment law, with significant trial, arbitration, or counseling experience representing employers.
Track record of developing and managing client relationships and generating new business; portable practice welcomed.
Active bar admission in Florida (or ability to become admitted) and strong reputation for client service.
Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills; ability to mentor associates and contribute to firmwide practice strategy.
