Partner — Employment & Labor Litigation, Baltimore

Well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its employment and labor litigation practice from the Baltimore office. The role focuses on defending and prosecuting complex employment matters for corporate clients across multiple industries.

The position offers responsibility for case strategy, trial and appellate work, and mentoring junior litigators. The team handles a mix of individual and class actions, regulatory matters, and workplace counseling tied to litigation risk.

• Proven partner-level experience in employment and labor litigation, including significant trial or dispositive motion experience.
• Track record of developing and managing client relationships; ability to bring or originate business preferred.
• Strong supervisory and mentoring skills for developing associates and handling team matters.
• Admission to the Maryland bar or eligibility for prompt admission.
