Established national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Boston office to lead and expand the employment & labor litigation practice. The role focuses on defending and advising employers in workplace disputes, regulatory matters and related litigation across state and federal courts.

The successful candidate will run a team, take primary responsibility for major matters, and work collaboratively with national colleagues to service regional and multi-jurisdictional clients. There is an expectation of business development and the ability to bring or grow a portable practice.

Partner-level experience in employment law and civil litigation, with a strong trial and motion practice record
Bar admission in Massachusetts (or eligibility) and experience in federal and state court practice
Proven client relationship and business development skills; track record of generating or managing significant client work
Ability to lead teams, mentor associates, and manage complex, high-stakes matters
