Apply in confidence →Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Dallas office to lead and grow an employment and labor litigation practice. The role will focus on defending and advising employers in complex workplace disputes, including discrimination, wage-and-hour, and collective action matters.
The partner will manage litigation teams, drive business development, and work closely with in‑house counsel across a range of industries. Significant trial and courtroom experience is expected.
A portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and maintain client relationships is highly desirable.
- Established partner-level employment and labor litigation experience.
- Proven courtroom/trial advocacy and case management skills.
- Track record of business development and client relationship management; portable book of business a plus.
- Law license in Texas (or eligible) and ability to work from the Dallas office.
