The firm is seeking a proven leader who will handle high-stakes matters, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to practice growth locally and regionally. Candidates with an existing, portable practice or demonstrable client development track record are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level experience in employment and labor litigation.
Demonstrated trial or significant courtroom experience preferred.
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable book of business welcomed.
Strong leadership skills and experience supervising associates.
