Established national firm seeks a lateral partner to lead its Employment & Labor and Litigation practice in Laramie. The role combines courtroom work with client counselling on workplace matters and employment disputes.

The successful candidate will manage complex employment litigation, supervise junior lawyers, and play a central role in business development for the office. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate and retain client work is welcomed.

Partner-level experience handling employment and labor litigation at trial and appellate levels.
Proven record of client development and ability to manage a portable practice or contribute materially to business generation.
Experience supervising associates and managing case teams.
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission.
