Established healthcare or life‑sciences litigation practice with demonstrable courtroom and regulatory experience
Licensed (or able to gain admission) in the relevant state jurisdiction
Proven ability to manage cases and mentor junior lawyers
Business development capability; a portable client base or demonstrable origination record is welcome
