Major national firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand its employment and labor litigation practice in the Little Rock office. The role focuses on managing high-stakes employment disputes, representing employers in litigation and administrative proceedings, and advising on workplace policies and risk mitigation.

The partner will supervise and develop a team of litigators, handle trial and hearing work, and work collaboratively with other practice groups. The role includes expectations for business development; a portable practice or book of business is welcomed but not mandatory.

Partner-level experience handling employment and labor litigation (defense-side experience preferred)
Proven trial and hearing experience and ability to manage complex matters from pre-litigation through trial
Track record of supervising associates and developing junior lawyers
Business development capability; openness to candidates with a portable practice
Admission to practice in Arkansas (or ability to become admitted)
