Lateral Partner — Litigation & Securities, Little Rock

An established national law firm is seeking a litigation partner to join its Little Rock office to lead complex securities and white-collar matters. The role will focus on trial and investigative work for private clients across regulatory and civil disputes.

The successful candidate will join a growing regional litigation team and will handle high‑stakes courtroom and enforcement work. There is scope to develop business locally and regionally; candidates with a portable practice or existing client relationships are encouraged to apply.

• Significant partner-level litigation experience, including securities litigation and white‑collar/criminal investigations.
• Proven trial and courtroom experience and a track record of managing complex matters.
• Ability to originate and maintain client relationships; candidates with a portable practice will be considered.
• Strong leadership skills, experience supervising associates, and excellent written and oral advocacy.
• Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission; bar and regulatory compliance experience preferred.
