We are seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established regional litigation team in Little Rock. The role focuses on labor and employment litigation across federal and state forums, handling complex disputes for corporate clients and public-sector employers.

The ideal candidate will lead matters, supervise junior lawyers, and develop client relationships. There is an expectation of bringing or developing a portable practice; the role offers a platform and resources to grow an existing book of business.

Established partner with deep experience in labor & employment litigation
Proven trial and/or significant contested litigation experience in federal and state courts
Track record of supervising and mentoring associates
Business development capability or existing client relationships desirable
Active bar admission in Arkansas or willingness to obtain admission
