An established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Little Rock office to lead and expand an active litigation and labor & employment practice. The role will involve handling complex commercial litigation, employment-related disputes, professional liability matters, and healthcare- and construction-related litigation.

The successful candidate will take on a senior fee-earning role with client-facing responsibilities, mentoring and growing junior lawyers, and contributing to regional business development. JD and admission to the Arkansas bar (or ability to obtain admission).
Established track record in commercial litigation and labor & employment matters; experience with professional liability, healthcare, or construction litigation preferred.
Proven leadership and team management skills, including mentoring and developing associates.
Demonstrated business development capability; a portable practice or book of business is desirable.
