Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles employment and labor litigation team. The role focuses on defending and advising employers in employment disputes, regulatory matters and related litigation.

The hire will lead significant matters, work with a team of litigators, and help grow the practice through client development and cross-practice collaboration. The team handles high-stakes workplace litigation across the U.S.

Proven partner-level litigation experience in employment and labor matters
Track record of leading teams and managing complex cases
Business development capability; a portable practice is welcome
Admission to practice in California or ability to qualify
