Established national firm seeks an experienced partner to lead and grow its employment and labor litigation practice in New York. The role is litigation-focused and involves high-stakes trial and pre-trial work for a diverse client base across the United States.

The partner will manage and develop a team of litigators, take a leading role on courtroom matters, and work closely with clients on strategy and risk mitigation. The position is well-suited to a lawyer with a portable practice who can bring and develop client relationships.

Admission to the New York bar (required)
Significant employment/labor litigation and trial experience
Proven record of client development and ability to manage a team
Comfortable with a business-development focus; portable practice considered
