Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its Employment & Labor and Litigation practice in Pittsburgh. The role focuses on leading and growing a high‑quality employment litigation practice, handling complex workplace disputes and counseling clients on contentious labor matters.

The partner will manage and mentor a team of litigators, take a leading role in case strategy and courtroom work, and contribute to business development across regional clients. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and grow client relationships is desirable.

  • Proven partner-level litigation experience in labor & employment matters
  • Strong trial and motion practice with a track record of courtroom experience
  • Demonstrable client development skills; portable book of business preferred
  • Ability to lead teams, supervise associates, and manage client relationships
  • Active bar admission and good standing in the relevant jurisdiction
