The successful candidate will join an established litigation team and take a visible role in client development, case strategy, and trial work. The firm welcomes candidates with a portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships.

Established partner-level litigation experience in employment and labor law
Proven track record of handling complex employment disputes and leading trial teams
Business development skills; portable book of business or clear origination capability preferred
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and strong client management skills
