Established regional office seeks a partner to lead and expand its Employment & Labor and Litigation offering in the Weirton area. The role combines courtroom litigation, counseling on employment matters, and management of a team of litigators and associates.

The successful candidate will take ownership of a portable practice, work across state and federal employment matters, and play a key role in business development and client relationship management for the office.

Experienced partner-level employment and labor litigator with substantial trial and courtroom experience.
Proven record of handling state and federal employment claims, investigations, and counseling matters.
Demonstrable business development skills; portable book of business preferred.
Ability to lead and mentor a team, manage case budgets, and interface directly with clients.
