Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor practice in Los Angeles. The role focuses on advising employers across a mix of counseling and contentious matters, developing client relationships, and contributing to practice growth in Southern California.

The successful candidate will take a senior role in team leadership and business development, handling complex employment litigation, wage-and-hour matters, internal investigations, and preventive advice for corporate clients. This is an opportunity to shape a busy, client-facing practice and mentor junior lawyers.

Partner-level experience in employment and labor law with a strong record of handling counseling and litigation matters.
Proven business development ability; portable client relationships or a demonstrated track record of generating new work welcomed.
California bar admission and eligibility to practice in state courts.
Experience mentoring and supervising associates and participating in firm practice-building activities.
