Leading US employment practice seeking a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles office. The role is focused on high-volume representation in individual and class-action employment matters with an emphasis on discrimination and wage-and-hour litigation.

Ideal candidate will lead and develop litigation matters, work closely with trial teams, and advise employers on risk management and dispute resolution. There is scope for a portable practice and client development within an established, nationwide labor and employment platform.

  • Proven partner-level experience in employment and labor litigation, including discrimination and wage & hour class actions.
  • Demonstrable trial and complex litigation experience and comfort managing high-stakes matters.
  • Track record of business development and willingness/ability to bring or grow client relationships.
  • Active bar admission and strong team leadership and mentoring skills.
