A national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Los Angeles employment and labor practice. The role will handle a mix of counseling, litigation and employee-benefits related work for a diverse client base across multiple industries.

The team advises on workplace policies, employment litigation, and benefits matters, and represents employers in complex disputes and regulatory matters. The firm offers a collaborative platform with established resources to support growth of a partner's practice.

This is a partner-track lateral opening for an experienced employment lawyer who is interested in leading client relationships and expanding a portable practice in the Los Angeles market.

Partner-level experience in employment & labor law, including counseling and litigation.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; ability to develop a portable practice.
Experience supervising teams and working cross-practice on complex matters.
Bar admission in California or eligibility to practice in California.
