Experienced employment lawyer sought to join a well-established national firm’s Nashville office to lead and grow a healthcare-focused labor & employment practice. The role will combine client advisory, counseling, and litigation work for healthcare-sector employers.

The practice offers an opportunity to work on complex employment matters for hospitals, health systems and related providers, while collaborating with a broader national team. The firm is looking for a senior lawyer who can both serve existing clients and develop new business in the healthcare market.

Established partner-level experience in labor & employment law, with significant healthcare-sector exposure.
Proven record of client service and business development; portable client relationships preferred.
Demonstrated litigation and counseling capabilities on employment matters (wage-and-hour, discrimination, leave/ADA, employment contracts, restrictive covenants, etc.).
Strong leadership and mentoring skills to support and grow a team; active bar admission required.
