The firm is looking for an experienced practitioner who can contribute immediately on high‑value matters and help expand the practice through business development. Candidates with a portable practice or existing client relationships are encouraged to apply.

Admitted to practice in New York (or able to become admitted)
Established partner-level experience in employment and labor law, including counseling and litigation
Proven record of client development and business generation; openness to bringing portable work
Experience managing and mentoring associates and working cross‑functionally with other practice groups
