The team handles complex, high-stakes employment matters across industries. The successful candidate will take a senior technical role on matters, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with firm leadership on business development.

Admitted to practice in New York and in good standing
Significant track record in employment law and employee benefits, including counseling and litigation
Experience managing teams and leading matters from intake through resolution
Proven business-development ability; a portable practice is welcome
