The successful candidate will lead client relationships, manage and develop a growing team, and handle high-stakes litigation and dispute resolution. There is a clear expectation of business development and practice growth.

Established partner-level experience in employment litigation and labor law.
Proven trial and courtroom experience; strong record of managing complex cases.
Demonstrated client-development ability; a portable practice or business origination is preferred.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission.
