Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established national law firm’s Phoenix office to lead and grow its finance and banking practice. The role will handle a mix of commercial lending, consumer finance (including card-related matters), public finance and related commercial litigation.

The ideal candidate will have a portable practice and proven business-development ability, will participate in client relationship management and team leadership, and will work closely with colleagues across other U.S. offices on multi-jurisdictional matters.

Partner-level experience in finance & banking, with a track record in commercial lending and consumer finance.
Experience with card-related products and public finance transactions preferred.
Comfort handling related commercial litigation matters and coordinating across practice groups.
Demonstrated business development skills and a portable practice or client relationships.
Ability to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to practice growth in the Phoenix market.
