Seeking an experienced litigation partner to join a national law firm’s Phoenix office to lead commercial litigation matters. The role focuses on managing complex disputes through trial, advising corporate clients, and supervising litigation teams.

The successful candidate will be expected to grow and manage a litigation practice in the region, work collaboratively across offices on multi-jurisdictional matters, and contribute to business development and client relationship management.

Established partner-level background in commercial litigation with substantial trial and courtroom experience.
Proven record of originating and managing client relationships; a portable practice/book of business is welcomed.
Experience supervising associates and working on cross-office litigation teams.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted.
