Top-tier Phoenix office seeks a lateral partner to join a busy employment and labor litigation practice. The role focuses on defending employers in individual and collective employment disputes, high-exposure litigation, and related workplace matters.

The successful candidate will lead regional litigation matters, supervise associates, and work closely with litigation and employment colleagues across offices. There is an expectation to develop and grow a portable practice and contribute to business development initiatives in the region.

Established partner with substantial employment/labor litigation experience and a track record of handling trials or major hearings.
Proven client development skills and ability to grow a portable book of business.
Strong litigation management and supervisory experience, including mentoring associates.
Active bar membership and eligibility to practice in Arizona (or willingness to obtain admission).
