Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join and help grow its Employment & Labor practice in the Stamford office. The role combines counseling, litigation and labor-relations work for a diverse client base across multiple industries.

The partner will handle complex employment litigation, union and collective-bargaining matters, and day-to-day counseling on workplace policies and compliance. Strong client-development skills and a track record of building or maintaining client relationships are essential; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome.

Established partner or equivalent with significant experience in labor & employment law (union matters, collective bargaining, employment litigation and counseling)
Demonstrated client-development and practice leadership abilities; ability to grow or maintain a portable practice is a plus
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to obtain admission
Proven track record handling complex employer-side matters and managing teams on client matters
